Sporty team building Belgium

Sporty team building for teams that want more than one padel afternoon

Padel, obstacle run, indoor bootcamp: all fine. But once the final push-up is done and the shower is cold, the team falls back into old routines. Sport truly bonds only when something is at stake and you push through together.

Crossing Belgium is a 4-day sporty team building for recreational athletes. Multisport, teams of 4, 3+1 format — for companies that believe moving together leads to better collaboration back at the office.

Why sporty works

Four reasons to make movement the glue

01

Lasting energy

Four days of moving makes teams more physically and mentally resilient at work.

02

For recreational athletes, not just elite

Basic fitness is enough — swim 250 m, run 10 km, cycle 45 km. No podium times required.

03

Multisport

Run, bike, water, orienteering. Everyone finds their strength.

04

3+1 format

3 active + 1 support, rotating per stage. Nobody falls off the wagon.

How it works

Four days of sporty collaboration

  • Team of 4, rotation between sport and support.
  • ~15 stages over 4 days — trail, MTB, water, technique.
  • November 12-15, 2026, coast to Ardennes.
  • Guided safety, briefings and gear included.

Climbing Managers — expedition DNA

Climbing Managers has already guided hundreds of Belgian athletes on domestic and international expeditions. Crossing Belgium bundles that know-how on home soil.
