    A short intake (30 min, online or in person) to align on your goals and budget.

    Tailored proposal

    Within a week you get a concrete proposal with deliverables and planning.

    We work with a simple sponsoring agreement and invoice (incl. VAT).

    Activation

    Pre-event (content + campaign), during the event (visibility + activation), post-event (after-movie + case).

What partners usually ask.

By when do I need to decide?+

For the first edition we close partner agreements by September 1, 2026. The earlier you commit, the more visibility you build in the lead-up.

Is this only for big companies?+

No. We work with local entrepreneurs, sports clubs and SMBs, as well as brands looking to activate nationally or regionally. Every partnership is tailored.

Can we also sponsor a single team?+

Yes. Team sponsoring (3 athletes + coach) is a low-barrier way to attach your brand to a face and a story.

Do we get imagery for our own use?+

Yes. Partners receive royalty-free imagery and a share of the after-movie for use on their own channels.

How is impact measured?+

After the event you receive an overview of the visibility delivered: social reach, website traffic and on-site interactions.

Can we get exclusivity in our sector?+

Yes. Depending on the partnership level, sector or discipline exclusivity is negotiable.
