Programme

  • Day 1: Trail through the dunes at the coast.
  • Day 2: River crossings, mountain bike / gravel bike, orienteering and rope course.
  • Day 3: Kayak, trail and river crossings through rough terrain.
  • Day 4: Via Ferrata and abseiling.

What you need to handle

No elite athletes required - just a solid base of fitness.

  • Aged 18 – 81
  • Swim 250 m
  • Run 10 km in 90 min
  • Hike 25 km in 6 hours
  • Cycle 45 km in 3 hours

And a “yes we can” attitude.

Categories & teams

Teams of 4 - 3 active + 1 support per discipline. Roles rotate after each discipline so every strength counts.

Ranking

Adventure, teamwork and competition - all disciplines together determine the final ranking.

  • Timed: Race for the fastest time.

Crossing Belgium is an all-inclusive expedition package. One price per team - route, lodging, breakfast and dinner, all technical and safety gear, guides, medics: everything in.

No logistics to plan, no GPS tracks to build. You just bring clothing, bikes and your overnight kit in your own vehicle. The team member sitting out a discipline drives to the start of the next one.

Build your team of 4

3+1 format: three adventurers racing, one coach-assistant at the sidelines. Roles rotate between disciplines. Friends, colleagues, club mates - anyone with a 'yes we can' mindset welcome.

We handle the heavy lifting

Route, overnights, breakfast and dinner, all technical and safety gear, guides, on-site medical. You bring clothing, bikes and your overnight kit in your own vehicle.

Train and show up

No prior raid experience required, a solid base fitness is. Make sure you're conditioned for four intense days.
