About Climbing Managers

Fearless challenges that literally push you out of your comfort zone – that’s what the expeditions we organise are all about. No two expeditions are the same, as each programme is fully tailored to the participant. What you get is not a standard programme, but a unique leadership programme in which physical challenges and management themes come together seamlessly.

Climbing Managers was the first in Belgium to develop this type of programme: leadership development linked to real expeditions. Since then, many others have adopted this concept, but we remain true to our original vision: not a superficial experience, but an in-depth programme that has a lasting impact.

Do you dream of climbing Mount Stanley? Then we don’t just set off on a whim. We analyse your current fitness level, build it up step by step and guide you until you’re ready to truly take on the challenge.

The success of an expedition stands or falls on preparation, and that’s where we set the bar high. We train together in the dunes on the Belgian coast or in the hills of the Ardennes, gradually increasing the pace until you’re fully ‘expedition-ready’. Only then does the real adventure begin.

Over the years, Climbing Managers has successfully led dozens of expeditions across deserts, mountain ranges and ice fields all over the world. From rafting in Alaska to walking to Santiago de Compostela and climbing Mount Stanley in Uganda, every expedition is different, but always has the same goal: to develop leadership through first-hand experience.
